Long-term planning is key to obtaining long-term results. By helping you define a clear vision and an action plan, TAC TIC direct will develop both an annual Campaign plan and a Strategic Argument for each, individual operation.
To determine the best strategy for your organization, we will analyse:
- the general public’s perception of your organization and its mission
- the quality and structure of services offered to donors
- your current direct-marketing program (if applicable)
- results of past direct-marketing operations (if applicable)
- your donor database
- the methods used to welcome new donors
- your growth objectives
- your available budget
- etc.
A thorough analysis of these points will enable TAC TIC direct to put together a three- to five-year strategic plan for your organization that will include general orientations, as well as growth objectives and strategies to achieve them.
From here, we’ll develop an annual plan that will outline the series communications (mail, telemarketing and/or electronic media) to donors that we recommend for the year. This plan will also include forecasted results and performance indicators, including: volume of solicitation, response rate, average gift, revenues, expenses, ROI, etc.

As a list broker, TAC TIC direct can also provide you with recommendations on the best available lists for your acquisition Campaigns. We will also track the results of each list to monitor how it evolves over time.

TAC TIC direct will assign a Copywriter and Graphic Artist to your organization – a team that will work to bring your mission to life.
Working in conjunction with a Program Manager, the creative team will use their direct-marketing expertise to transform strategies into creative messages aimed at encouraging donors to act. Each concept will capture the mailing’s unique challenges, and your Copywriter will tailor each personalized piece to the different donor segments within your database – all in an effort to strengthen your relationship with donors and increase donor loyalty.
TAC TIC direct can also adapt your program into French or English. More than merely translating, we’ll adapt your message to each audience in order to reflect linguistic, cultural or other differences. We may also suggest different concepts for each audience, depending on the particular challenges at hand.
