A structured, detailed action plan will start the campaign ball rolling—taking into careful consideration your organization’s needs and the campaign’s potential. Our dedicated planning team will put together a plan that will:

  • analyze your organization’s current position, including:
    • reviewing past and ongoing strategies and programs
    • an exhaustive analysis of past results
    • a look at communication content (direct mail, email, telemarketing scripts, etc.)
    • a detailed analysis of your database (donor file)
  • outline new objectives and strategies for every program, including:
    • donor acquisition
    • renewal and loyalty
    • gift-level upgrades (converting to monthly donations, major gift, planned gift, etc.)
  • establish budgets, predicted results and returns on investment.

Ideally, we will plan programs on a 3-year basis—especially if we’re using a multichannel approach, which has proven to generate the best results over the long term.

Creating

Once we’ve put together your communication plan, our creative team will then bring your program to life—giving every communication in the multichannel strategy an adapted look and feel, designed to attract donors’ attention, engage their interest and prompt them to give. From direct mail to telemarketing and the web, the creative concept will use compelling, complementary arguments to deliver your message with impact.

For every campaign, we will put together a multichannel strategic and creative brief outlining:

  • target donor groups
  • donor engagement and fundraising objectives for every segment
  • creative concepts and key arguments
  • communication channels to be used to reach donors
  • the ideal time(s) to contact donors
  • the sequence in which communication channels will be used

Executing

A perfectly put-together plan and compelling creative will do little to generate results if a campaign isn’t carefully executed.
